Toast to a six-day celebration of Neapolitan-style pizzas with toppings inspired by global cuisines

This spring, Cucina of Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel is celebrating pizzas featuring toppings inspired by global cuisines. From March 12 to 17, guests can sample the best selection of chef Pasqualino’s Neapolitan-style pizzas such as Asparagi e Salmone  (asparagus cream, mozzarella, asparagus, smoked salmon, parsley, and cream cheese), Favola (burrata, mortadella, pistachio, and shaved Parmesan cheese) as well as vegetarian options such as Al Tartufo (burrata with black truffle), as well as Sweet Forest, a dessert pizza with custard cream, mixed berries, whipped cream and icing sugar as topping. Chef Pasqualino has also created the All’astice, inspired by Hong Kong’s love for seafood. His new creation pairs fresh lobster with lemon zest and mozzarella cheese. Cucina is offering a complimentary dessert pizza for guests with March birthdays, available at the restaurant during the promotional period.
