The Italian restaurant presents exquisite showcase of the earthy delight at its peak harvest

This winter, Il Teatro of Wynn Macau is launching an exquisite Italian feast featuring the peak harvest of French black truffles. Designed and crafted by the restaurant’s chef Nicholas Olivas, the menu highlights produce such as Hokkaido sea scallops, with notable dishes such as the establishment’s signature Bologna tortellini paired with black truffles. The menu is available from now until February 29, 2020.
