The Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau launches new menu sets inspired by autumn harvest of seasonal ingredients

This September, Yamazato is presenting a new kaiseki lunch set and Eigetsu kaiseki dinner set menu. Inspired by the harvest of seasonal ingredients, new dishes are crafted in the two new menus reflect on the beauty of autumn. The new kaiseki set lunch includes highlights such as spinach with chrysanthemum and lightly-seared barracuda crown daisies seasoned with sesame; conger pike with gingko nuts in dobin teapot; grilled Pacific saury with sudachi sauce; and simmered turnip with yuzu miso sauce. 
 
The exclusive Eigetsu kaiseki dinner menu shares some of the dishes featured in the lunch menu, together with pan-fried wagyu patty with special maitake mushroom sauce; simmered sea bream and turnip with yuzu miso sauce, and Tsukimi dumplings with matcha for dessert. Yamazato’s new kaiseki lunch set menu is priced at MOP 580 per person, while the Eigetsu kaiseki set is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
