The Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau presents a kaiseki celebrating the new year and arrival of spring season

Celebrating the beginning of Japan’s traditional calendar year and spring season, Yamazato is presenting the Risshun kaiseki dinner, where a range of elegant dishes evoke the flavours and imagery of the new season. 


The multi-course Kaiseki meals include seared scallop and tiger shrimp with vinegar miso appetizer, clear Soup of hamaguri clam, Hassun (fried smelt, herring roe with sea urchin, rapeseed blossom, broad bean and Japanese yam), sashimi of three kinds seasonal fish, grilled oyster from Hokkaido with egg and rapeseed blossom, simmered wagyu with fried taro potato, cod fish with grated radish served in hot pot, fortune sushi roll with sea eel and cucumber, complete with seasonal fruits. chestnut cake and matcha. The spring exclusive set dinner menu is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
