This summer, the Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau presents a special lunch featuring the summer’s best produce

Celebrating the wide range of summer produce, Yamazato’s executive chef Akira Hayashi is presenting an exclusive Seasonal Gozen set lunch to showcase the harvest, expressed in varied ways of preparation.  The special summer set lunch includes cool somen noodles with tsuyu dipping sauce, chopped sashimi on rice, simmered assorted seasonal vegetables, steamed egg custard, and seasonal fruits.

The summer special gozen is priced at MOP 280 per person, and is available every day during lunch service.
