Hotel Okura Macau’s Japanese restaurant celebrates the beauty of cherry blossoms with a unique dinner set menu

Celebrating the climatic beauty of Japan’s cherry blossoms, Yamazato Restaurant of Hotel Okura Macau is presenting an exclusive Hanamizuki sake kaiseki set dinner, featuring premium ingredients that are at their season’s optimal freshness. Guests can begin their dinner with an amuse bouche of firefly squid with vinegar miso, followed by clear soup of Asari clam from Aichi, followed by sashimi of three kinds seasonal fish, grilled cherry sea bream with sake lees miso, grilled wagyu with sweet soy sauce, Japanese simmered bamboo shoots from Kyoto and ice fish cooked with egg. There will also be sushi of lightly seared mackerel, followed by a dessert of sakura mochi with matcha and seasonal fruits.

The Hanamizuki sake set dinner is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
