Hotel Okura’s Japanese restaurant launches a new kaiseki menu inspired by early spring

As early spring arrives, Yamazato of Hotel Okura Macau is launching a new kaiseki inspired by the first seasonal change of the year. Creatively presented with a vibrant array of spring flavours, Yamazato’s new kagetsu set dinner showcases a collection of new dishes, including tofu skin with salmon roe, clear soup with clam cake, sashimi of three kinds of seasonal fish, congee with crab and more. The kaiseki menu rounds up with seasonal fruits as well as chestnut cake and black beans served with matcha green tea. The kagetsu set dinner is available from March 6 to 22, 2018 and is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
