The Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau launches special late-autumn set lunch menu

This autumn, Yamazato at Hotel Okura Macau is celebrating the season with a brand new omakase mini kaiseki Shimotsuki menu. From now until December 4, guests can enjoy an array of the season’s produce prepared into delicacies such as milt tofu and tapioca pearls with yuzu miso sauce; clear soup with cake of duck meat and radish; simmered taro paste with chrysanthemum flower sauce; as well as the month’s highlights such as grilled salmon on magnolia leaf and aubergine Manganji pepper. The season’s special kaiseki menu is complete with braised rice with mushrooms; red miso soup; Kyoto pickles and seasonal fruits. The Shimotsuki menu is available during lunch service and is priced at MOP 580 per person.
