YUM CHA: New Thai dim sum at Lotus - the only place in town where you can get it

No, it's not a fusion production - there is no Chinese dim sum being phad-thai-ed over here. Har gau (steamed shrimp dumpling) stays authentically Chinese style, as do the rest of the familiar yum cha staples served. Lotus only broadens the small-bites repertoire to include Thai dishes too, making this meal a pan Asian affair. Now you can also have fried pork hock, tangy chicken feet salad, deep-fried fish cakes with peanut and fish sauce condiments on the side, just to mention a few.
