The new contemporary Chinese restaurant infuses contemporary designs into traditional Cantonese morsels
Located at the new Attitude Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yum Cha is the latest addition in the area where Cantonese cuisine’s favorite morsels get a makeover with creative designs in this new, contemporary Chinese restaurant.
A modernised Chinese restaurant aiming to impress guests with traditional flavours, the 130-seater brings a fine array of dim sum with playful designs, from steamed hot custard buns and bird-shaped shrimp puffs that resemble animated characters, or Western-inspired dishes such as spicy butter oatmeal prawns and apple-rosette egg tarts. Yum Cha is now open now, with a second branch opening soon in Sheung Wan in December.
