Sheraton Hong Kong’s Cantonese restaurant showcases the peak harvest of the wild mushrooms from Yunnan province

This summer, Celestial Court of Sheraton Hong Kong is presenting a gourmet showcase of 12 kinds of precious wild mushrooms from Yunnan, namely the matsutake, fresh bamboo thalli, black truffles, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, and black termite mushrooms. Paired with exclusive premium ingredients such as sea garoupa fillets, wagyu beef, sea cucumbers and local farm chicken, the Chinese restaurant is launching a collection of 13 new mushroom dishes, designed and created by resident head chef Jack Chan. Guests can indulge in the new wild mushroom delicacies such as sautéed garoupa fillets with termite mushrooms, as well as baked stuffed chicken with black truffle, barley, and glutinous rice. The Yunnan wild mushroom feast menu is available from now until August 31.
