Celestial Court proudly presents the renowned seasonal Yunnan wild mushrooms summer menu

With his great passion for Chinese cuisine, Chef Chan Sui-kei is a pioneer who frequently brings new elements to the dining table. This summer, he has chosen ten wild and fresh mushrooms from Yunnan and has created over 15 innovative masterpieces for food lovers. 

Start the feast with the nutritious fresh wild mushrooms soup with chicken featuring nine kinds of wild mushrooms: fresh bamboo thalli, matsutake, termite mushrooms, black truffle, catathelasma mushrooms, white porcini mushrooms, morel mushrooms, wild wood ear fungus and shiitake mushrooms. Not to be missed is the stewed sliced pork with white porcini mushrooms in which the tasty termite mushrooms mix perfectly with the meat. Seafood lovers should try the pan-fried matsutake and scallop with soy sauce, as chef Chan manages to bring out the original flavour of both ingredients. 

Chef Chan has also prepared variations on his award-winning dim sum, such as the steamed dumplings with black truffle and bamboo thalli, which which fill your palate with natural flavour of the wild mushrooms. Complete your meal with the mushroom trilogy, a dessert in jelly form featuring morels, matsutake and porcini mushrooms.
