Celestial Court presents “The Star of Yunnan - Wild Mushrooms Feast,” available from now until August 31

This summer, Celestial Court’s chef Chan Sui-Kei has chosen 12 wild and fresh mushrooms from Yunnan, creating over 20 dishes for discerning diners. The dishes are available on the à la carte menu, and as a set dinner menu, with highlights that include:

- Ganbajun mushroom rolls with preserved ginger

- Pan-fried US oyster with termite mushrooms

- Smoked Hainan duck with sarcodon aspratus mushrooms

The mushroom delicacies are available from now until August 31, 2014.
