The former mixologist at Zuma Rome set to collaborate with Citadelle gin in the restaurant’s first cocktail series

Previously as the mixologist at Zuma’s international outposts such as Las Vegas, Miami, and Mykonos, former Zuma Rome’s Lorenzo Coppola is now the bar manager at Zuma Hong Kong. From 30 September to 31 December, Coppola will headline the restaurant’s pop-up bar set up at the establishment’s outdoor terrace. The three-month pop-up bar will make the first instalment of Coppola’s cocktail series in Hong Kong in collaboration with Citadelle, the French artisanal gin. Coppola's pop-up bar menu covers libations fusing French and Japanese flavours through limited-edition Citadelle gin cocktails such as Ringo Sour (gin, umeshu, green apple and fino sherry); Tropézienne Fizz (gin, egg whites, soda, and angostura bitters); Riviera (Citadelle Original gin, yuzu tonic, and homemade sparkling sake); and Koko Konic (gin, rose, mint, coconut water). The new cocktails are matched with a selection of snacks such as Japanese scallop tartare with wasabi, white ponzu and apple granita; smoked salmon maki roll with shiso, Hokkaido cheese and wasabi tobiko; and French Gillardeau oyster with lemon, shallots, tabasco and rice vinegar. Zuma's terrace pop-up bar runs from 30 September to 31 December, 2020.
