Treat the significant woman of the family at Central’s popular contemporary Japanese restaurant

This Mother’s Day weekend, Zuma Hong Kong is adding a sophisticated twist on its signature weekend brunch with free-flowing bubbly. The Mother’s Day Baikingu brunch will feature the restaurant’s signature offerings, together with Rubabu, a unique cocktail created by renowned mixologist Tony Conigliaro for Zuma London 18 years ago. Guests will also end the celebrated brunch experience with a dessert platter featuring an array of sweets such as vanilla chawanmushi with raspberry; chocolate pudding with strawberry ice cream; and lemon cake with flowers and berries. On Sunday, May 10, 2020, Zuma will also invite Ophelia, an illustrator from Merakilya, to offer hand-drawn portraits for mothers as souvenirs.
