Given the crowded, built-up nature of our city and the frenetic pace of life, designer Phillip Lim wanted to give his VIP guests a rare treat and the opportunity to “stop and smell the flowers.” And that’s what they got, dining al fresco nestled in the verdant greenery of Shek O with the sound of waves crashing in the distance. The evening started with a tea appreciation ceremony, with a variety of samples to savour, before guests tucked into a lavish repast.
