Renowned for fine dining Chinese cuisine at the Dorchester Hotel in London and followed by an opening in the Landmark, Central, China Tang has now opened its doors at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. Conceived and designed by David Tang, the fine dining establishment has fast become the place to spot celebrities, socialites and executives who are after high calibre Chinese cuisine paired with hospitable service. Peter Lam, Emily Lam-Ho, Charles Yang and Andrew and Lumen Kinoshita were a few of the faces present at the grand opening luncheon.
