An enchanting performance by Wu Fei-fei, a former Hong Kong Ballet principal ballerina, and a magical a cappella medley by Anna Lo and friends were just two of the performance highlights at the fourth annual Fayre of St John’s, which raised funds for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre. More than 400 people gathered at St John’s Cathedral for the event, which began with mulled wine and festive canapés on the lawn before the crowd moved inside for a series of carols and performances. Afterwards, the guests made their way to MO Bar at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental for an after-party and charity auction, which raised more than HK$2 million for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre programmes.
