Alan Lo and Yenn Wong

For the fourth year, Hong Kong and Macau's culinary elite came together to celebrate the launch of Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants and the recipients of our annual dining awards. Top chefs, restaurateurs, food lovers and industry professionals were invited to a sensational soirée at The Seafood Room in Causeway Bay with free-flowing Laurent-Perrier Rosé Cuvée champagne, draught beer from Peroni, plus waters and juices from S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. The highlight of the evening was the award ceremony unveiling the new Top 20 Best Restaurants as well as the recipients of seven special dining awards. The occasion also marked the premier of a special short film featuring four top chefs on a quest to celebrate Hong Kong food culture.
