For #TheFirstSupper, a select group of food lovers were invited by Hong Kong Tatler editor-in-chief Claire Breen Melwani to be the first to dine at the soon-to-be-opened Belon restaurant by Black Sheep Restaurants and acclaimed Australian chef James Henry. Among the hits at the exclusive soiree were Henry's homemade naturally leavened country-style bread with salted Normandy butter, sea urchin sweet potato waffles with smoked bacon cream, and the piece de resistance – a whole roasted chicken served with pommes Anna.
