Friends of Julien-Loïc Garin gathered at Bibo to celebrate his birthday in style, with the evening’s theme being “33 Arty Party,”—making the venue a fitting choice. Among the packed crowd, we spotted Christopher and Michelle Chan, and Cecilia Cheung, which came as no surprise since Julien-Loïc is no stranger to a party, as the CEO of the Le French May Arts Festival and Lumieres Hong Kong, he’s a regular fixture on the city’s social scene.
