Guests made merry at the Krug Echoes Christmas Edition cocktail party, enjoying Krug Champagne and bespoke creations by chef Vicky Cheng and pastry chef Karys Logue of award-winning VEA restaurant. The stylish Boffi showroom at Lee Garden Three came alive with the scents and sounds of Christmas, with virtuoso harmonicist C.Y. Leo regaling the crowd with jazz renditions of holiday tunes and guests spilling onto the candlelit balcony to enjoy the fresh air with their glass of Krug. Warming treats from the kitchen included sea cucumber and crab wontons in broth; burrata and truffle grilled cheese sandwiches; and sweet potato and chorizo pie, along with apple tarte tatin and smoked cinnamon croissant. Guests included Denise Ho, Christy Liang, Carmen Choi, Betty Ng, Edwin Pun, Roman Chao, Jamie Lee, Brandon Chau and Faye Tsui.
