Lai Bun Fu celebrated their grand opening in a setting which showcased authentic Hong Kong hospitality with chef Cheung Kin-leung, the former executive chef of the Hong Kong Government House, at the helm of the establishment. The grand opening saw a large turnout; those in attendance included Claudine Ying, Kent Ho, Emily Lam-Ho, Eric Fok, Michelle Ong-Cheung, and Sally Leung, who were among many treated to a taste of chef Cheung's signature dishes.
