Le French May Arts Festival celebrated the opening of its 26th edition at the Hong Kong City Hall with an official ceremony that celebrated this year’s exhibition, School of Nice—From Pop Art to Happenings. The exhibition brought works that document key art movements in post-war France and illustrate the city’s remarkable contribution to the history of art during the post-war period from the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC) in Nice. To celebrate the exhibition opening, the who’s who of Hong Kong gathered at Hong Kong City Hall to commemorate the occasion. The exhibition is open to the public from May 5, 2018 to May 27, 2018 and is sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
