The who’s who of Hong Kong gathered at Shaw Studios for an invitation-only cocktail party that celebrated one of Cartier’s most recognisable timepieces, the Panthère de Cartier. The venue was transformed into a series of rooms that exhibited different versions of the Panthère de Cartier—charting how the watch has evolved since its introduction in 1983. Many of the guests present enjoyed snapping selfies with the handsome Cartier valet boys, who were dressed in the brand’s iconic red uniform. Aside from the champagne and caviar and the long lines for the photo booth, the high point of the night was the surprise performances from British singer John Newman, who performed his hit Love Me Again. Following his performance was another surprise performance by British DJ Shahid Khan—better known as Naughty Boy, who took to the stage and got the night into high gear with a set that had everyone dancing well into the early hours.
