VIPs and collectors from around the region gathered at Inge’s Bar & Grill at the Taipei Marriott Hotel for a party that toasted the opening of the inaugural Taipei Dangdai Art Fair, which was hosted by Magnus Renfrew, the fair director in collaboration with Taiwan Tatler and UBS. High points from the evening included a range of showcases and performances including a laser installation by emerging contemporary artist Tak Leong Kou titled “Revealing Lines – Light Art.” Additionally, many of the VIPs present enjoyed the dynamic crossover dance and music performance, which was choreographed by Benson Tsai, and the dance was paired with Italian violinist Niccolò Paganini’s Caprice No. 24.
