Vicky Lau hosted a private dinner for family and close friends to preview new dishes created for her recently relocated fine-dining restaurant, Tate Dining Room & Bar, which is now on Hollywood Road. The new dishes join a roster of old favourites that exemplify Vicky’s signature combination of French and Asian influences. The eight-course menu served at the private dinner included three new staples: Ode to Sakura Ebi, a lobster tagliolini with crispy sakura ebi, Ode to Chiu Chow Classic, a foie gras royale with marinated goose, and Ode to Meat, a Kagoshima beef tenderloin paired with Jerusalem artichoke.
