Like stars lighting up the night sky, the setting of the Lyric Theatre truly felt like something that was out of this world. Perhaps the out-of-body experience was meant to be, given the theme of the 2015 Academy Ball was “Astral.” The night opened with Winnie Chiu and Jennifer Liu, the gala co-chairs formally welcoming everybody to this year’s ball. The evening kicked off with a conceptual dance performance called "Jaeger-LeCoultre Moment," a tribute to the event's title sponsor, a number of performances took place throughout the evening, along with a silent and live auction – leaving guests were not short of entertainment.
