Hong Kong Tatler’s T.Dining partnered with Michelle Ma and Christopher Chan to host a private dinner at Arbor, their new restaurant located at H Queens in Central, which is also the sister restaurant to Epure, the contemporary French restaurant helmed by chef Nicolas Boutin. The menu at Arbor is inspired by the forest and pays homage to nature’s seasons, courtesy of chef de cuisine Eric Raty. Arbor’s fine cuisine is also supported by an extensive selection of wines that make up the 1,700-bottle collection which is stored and displayed within a custom-designed facility. Guests enjoyed a ten-course dinner menu that included foie gras, wild seabass and wagyu beef—and many enjoyed the wines which included a Krug Grande Cuvée, Montrachet Louis Jadot 2012 and Château Mouton Rothschild 1996. Following dessert and freshly baked madeleines, some switched to the 30-year-old Hibiki whisky to round off the night.
