The Tai Pan restaurant at the newly opened The Murray, Hong Kong served as the backdrop for a private dinner hosted by Hong Kong Tatler to toast the Tatler 10 x Stuart Weitzman series. Guests included ladies featured in the series including Victoria Tang-Owen, Betty Ng, Stephnie Shek, Natalie Chan, Pearl Shek and Christy Liang to name a few. A highlight of the evening was the sumptuous meal prepared by Chef Fabrice Lasnon, which included saffron and squid risotto, marinated king prawn with lemon thyme and strawberry pannacotta. Afterwards, guests were escorted on a private tour of The Murray, Hong Kong where they had the chance to preview the hotel rooms and various facilities on offer at the hotel.
