Veuve Clicquot teamed up with Bonnae Gokson to host an intimate private dinner at Sevva. The dinner was held to celebrate the launch of Veuve Clicquot’s Vintage 2008 and had guests such as Albert Wong, Gigi Chao, Donnie Yen and his wife Cissy Wang in attendance. The meal began with guests sampling a glass of La Grand Dame 2006, paired with a special selection of canapes from Sevva’s diverse menu. Winemaker Bertrand Varoquier of Veuve Clicquot led a delightful journey of exploration, surprising guests with the Vintage 2008 Blanc and Rosé champagnes as well as old treasures like the Cave Privée 1989, which was served in magnums.
