Over 300 guests gathered in the ballroom of The Conrad Hotel for the annual Watchdog Early Education Centre luncheon, which was sponsored by Purviz Shroff and the late Rusy Shroff, along with The Hong Kong Indian’s Women Club. Established in 1983, the Watchdog Early Education Centre is a charitable organization dedicated to helping children with special educational needs. A high point of the gathering was the fashion show, which was sponsored by Taiwanese fashion designer, Carol Chugani, and with over HK$1.4million raised, all proceeds will benefit Watchdog’s programs for the year.
