Contemporary British fashion brand, Whistles, hosted an intimate cocktail party at its flagship Pacific Place boutique to unveil bespoke, handcrafted installations as part of a collaboration between Whistles and British multidisciplinary artist, Claire Knill, in celebration of arts month and the opening of Art Basel: Hong Kong. The shop has been transformed with Knill’s abstract mobile art; spiral mobiles creating dappled light when in movement and tonal banners that are scattered across the floor, taking inspiration from the Whistles spring summer 2019 collection, using key colours and prints from the season to form the basis of the bold graphic designs. The installation will be on display inside the boutique until April 30, 2019.
