We will be unveiling our flagship list, the Gen.T List 2020, in September this year. Here's everything you need to know about the list and its unveiling events

The year so far has been tumultuous, uncertain—even scary. Now, more than ever, is the time for the next generation to take charge and codify the next normal.

The Gen.T List 2020 will recognise 400 Leaders of Tomorrow who are doing just that—shaping Asia's future and establishing a new way forward.

Back for a fifth year, the list will once again cover 19 industry categories and eight countries and territories across Asia.

We will unveil the Gen.T List 2020 at launch events across the region in late September and early October, inaugurating the 400 honourees into our community and giving them a platform to connect for the first time.

Beyond that, most details on the Gen.T List are still a closely guarded secret. Here's what we can reveal right now.

1. 968

The number of nominees on our long list before we started narrowing it down. To create the long list, we conduct market research throughout the year and consult our panel of industry experts, The Tribe. We also host a public nomination form, where anyone can nominate themselves to be considered for the long list.

2. 98

The number of industry heavyweights on our expert panel, The Tribe. Members of The Tribe nominate names for the list. We also conduct phone interviews with Tribe members to get their take on nominees we are considering in their industry. Once the list is revealed, Tribe members offer a source of inspiration and mentorship for honourees.
