But for Chloe, that’s reality. Born in California and raised in Hong Kong by an American mother and a Chinese father, Chloe’s multicultural upbringing, coupled with her education at Chinese International School and a stateside art school, have come together to make her a name to watch on Hong Kong’s cultural radar. Creating her pieces using traditional and non-traditional mediums, she’s most likely to be found working away at her studio in Aberdeen, cementing her place as one of the city’s most exciting young artists.
