Gary Liu is nothing short of impressive. At 33, he’s the CEO of the South China Morning Post—and this after serving as CEO for another huge corporation, New York-based news aggregator Digg, where he worked for just over a year and tripled its revenues and traffic in the process. Prior to that, he was at Spotify, working on making the platform the ultra-successful music streaming service it is today.
Before that? He started his career at Google, of course. Anything this tech maverick touches seems to turn into digital gold—next on the list, Hong Kong’s 114-year-old English-language newspaper.
