The leap from chartered accountant to creative director might seem like a big one, but it came easily to Genevieve Chew, one half of the duo behind Edit and Editecture. The interdisciplinary design studio covers everything from interiors to branding, but Genevieve focuses mostly on its fashion label, Edit, which produces four womenswear collections a year, has been recognised as a brand to watch by British Vogue and is stocked by Selfridges, Shopbop and Ssense, among others. Edit’s bold, feminine, versatile apparel and accessories are also available in the brand’s concept store in Wong Chuk Hang, where office, shop and showroom collide in a hub made for the modern woman.
