Lavine Hemlani

Like plenty of other Asian cities, Hong Kong is facing a tech talent shortage that threatens to impede innovation. Finding the right expertise isn’t easy—particularly given the rapid rate at which technology is advancing. That’s where Lavine Hemlani’s ed-tech start-up comes in. Xccelerate offers individuals and companies the opportunity to upgrade their skills in the fields of artificial intelligence, software engineering and blockchain. But that’s how former investment banker Lavine works—with speed.
