It’s officially more than half way through January, and some of us are already feeling the determination we had to achieve our 2018 fitness goals fizzle out. Sometimes, all we need is that extra push, and that's where a personal trainer comes in.

Utah Lee is a personal trainer, dance choreographer, business consultant, model and Nike Master Trainer. An experienced fitness professional, she's taught an array of fitness programmes such as Zumba, kickboxing and Nike Training Club.

With more than 10 years of personal training experience, Benjamin Liu is a former natural bodybuilding champion in Australia, winning multiple national competitions. He also recently placed in the top five at the Amateur Asia Olympia.
Benjamin specialises in body composition transformations, fat loss and muscle building. He is one of the co-founders of ONE Personal Training, where the incredible transformation results of his clients truly speak for themselves.
