Utah Lee is a personal trainer, dance choreographer, business consultant, model and Nike Master Trainer. An experienced fitness professional, she's taught an array of fitness programmes such as Zumba, kickboxing and Nike Training Club.

Passionate about spreading the message that fitness can be fun, anyone who's attended one of her classes can tell you that Utah's energy and enthusiasm are totally infectious.

With more than 10 years of personal training experience, Benjamin Liu is a former natural bodybuilding champion in Australia, winning multiple national competitions. He also recently placed in the top five at the Amateur Asia Olympia.

Benjamin specialises in body composition transformations, fat loss and muscle building. He is one of the co-founders of ONE Personal Training, where the incredible transformation results of his clients truly speak for themselves.

Being a martial artist, yogi and a personal trainer at URSUS Fitness, Christiana is a Jill of all trades. She has over 15 years of training in martial arts, winning the UK National Kyokushin Karate and European Kickboxing Championships.

Shingo Moromasa

Shingo is the gymnastics specialist at Coastal Fitness. Born and raised in Japan, he was a successful gymnast at an early age, which led him to pursue a career as a stuntman in some prominent movies and television shows.

Prior to joining Coastal Fitness in Hong Kong, he played for an American football team where he deepened his understanding of strength training before becoming a full-time fitness coach.

British fitness professional James O’Hanlon recently moved to Hong Kong to work as a personal trainer at Ultimate Performance. He is also a YouTube fitness star with more than 46,000 subscribers on his channel, where he uploads informative tutorials and vlogs about his fitness journey.

The Australia-raised Poliquin certified personal trainer is also the founder of Warrior Academy, which specialises in Muay Thai training, and the director of fitness at Goji Studios. She is also a writer, TEDx speaker and presenter on entrepreneurship, health and wellness.

Tricia is well-known for her consultative, personalised approach, as she believes that the ability to put herself in others’ shoes and providing ongoing education are the key traits that make a great coach.

The head trainer at boutique fitness centre TopFit, Louis has over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, specialising in weight loss, bodybuilding and strength training. He holds a BSC in Sports and Exercise Science (Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Nutrition) and is certified with USSA, NASM, ISSA, ACE and CPR. 

He believes that working with a PT should be viewed as an investment and the goal is to get it right the first time, with as few setbacks along the way as possible.
