Sansiri’s latest property raises the bar in luxury living
Sansiri Focus
Bangkok has long been established as one of Asia’s leading cosmopolitan cities—and in 98 Wireless, it now has a world-class luxury residence to match.
Built by renowned Thai developer Sansiri, this magnificent 25-storey condominium is located on a 3,200 square metre plot on Wireless Road. One of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Bangkok, it is renowned for its privacy and exclusivity, sitting next to the US Ambassador’s Residence, but with high-end shops, restaurants and green spaces conveniently nearby.

The complex features 77 two-to-three bedroom residences, including two penthouses and a super-penthouse comprising the building’s top two floors, all decorated in the utmost sophistication—making this the ultimate in luxury living.
International design
Acclaimed New York designer Anne Carson, in collaboration with international boutique brand Ralph Lauren Home, created 98 Wireless’ contemporary-yet-classic design magazine-worthy interiors – as exemplified by the building’s showstopping lobby, which features a sweeping grand staircase, Portuguese limestone floors and a breathtaking three-storey crystal chandelier, the largest ever made by Ralph Lauren Home (taking over a year to create by hand).
Meanwhile, walls and ceilings were crafted by Hyde Park Mouldings, whose custom plasterwork has graced global landmarks like Buckingham Palace and the White House, whilst the property’s sustainable energy-efficient design has seen it receive the United States Green Building Council’s prestigious LEED certification—the first residential property internationally to do so.
