3D headlights

The all-new BMW X3, LED headlamps, chunky “three-dimensional” kidney grille treatment and hexagonal foglamps give the BMW X3 a futuristic feel.

Smooth roof

The smooth curving roof with its downward-sloping roof spoiler and twin exhaust tailpipes bring an extra muscular touch to the overall look of the vehicle. 

Roll in style

The X3 comes standard with 19-inch light-alloy wheels and aluminium satinated light-alloy trims on the front doors. The M Performance (M40i) comes with 20-inch M cast light-alloy wheels as standard, as well as M40i light-alloy trims on the front doors and lots of other M features that immerses M40i drivers in a highly dynamic BMW sports driving ambience.

Plenty of room

The luggage compartment is 550 litres and can be expanded to 1600 litres with the versatile 40:20:40 split folding rear seats. The backrests can be adjusted individually with the touch of a button.

Convenient controls

The central control of the all-new BMW X3 has been brought closer to the driver’s seat, greatly improving the ease and timeliness of the control over a range of functions.

Touchscreen

The latest iDrive 6 controls the car's functions, but you can opt for the 10.25" touchscreen control as found in the 7 Series.

All new "Gesture Control"

The all-new BMW X3’s iDrive comes with BMW Gesture Control, so the 3D detector in the cabin detects the user’s gestures to control various information and entertainment functions, including accepting or rejecting incoming calls.

Power and performance

Two engines are available; the 2-litre 4-cylinder engine and the 3-litre 6-cylinder engine both turbocharged. The larger M Performance engine pushes out a maximum output of 360hp (54hp more than the previous xDrive35i model) and sprints from zero to 100km/h in 4.8 seconds. Meanwhile, the smaller sibling has a maximum power of 252hp achieving zero to 100km/h in 6.3 seconds and a top speed to 240km/h.
