Having recently opened its doors in Lee Gardens last month, Tory Burch’s first street level boutique is wooing fashion-savvy design lovers with its range of home products alongside its usual apparel, accessories and beauty products.

Having entered the world of home décor in 2014, the American fashion designer draws inspiration from her own home as well as from her mother’s passion for spongeware goods.

We love their Spongeware Collection, in which the iconic and graceful blue and white motifs are spotted on the versatile range, including tableware, needlepoint pillows and cocktail napkins.

The blend of blue and white, one of Burch’s favourite colour combinations, are either presented as all-over patterns on plates and mugs, or scattered as meticulous floral motifs across place mats and napkins.

Taking cues from the 19th century English and American spongeware, these hand-painted dual-tone pieces evoke the perfect blend of vintage elegance and modern aesthetics.

Reflecting Burch’s love of entertaining and interior design, these pieces are perfect for impressing your guests at intimate dinner parties.
