1. Artjamming

Located on the Southside in Wong Chuk Hang, Artjamming’s studio spans over 2000 square feet of studio space, as well as 1200 square feet of outdoor garden terrace for you and your friends to mingle at after you’re done painting. 

Guests can choose to paint on Artjamming’s specially designed natural canvases, cotton tote bags, or a plain white t-shirt. Spend the entire afternoon or night at the studio by choosing their four-hour sessions, or pop in for a quick art escape by signing up for their two-hour sessions.

2. Platform Art Jamming Studio

With locations in both Cheung Sha Wan and Tai Koo, Platform Art Jamming Studio has been open since 2013, offering painting workshops and art jamming space to customers of all ages. 

Their Cheung Sha Wan store features wide windows that bring in plenty of natural sunlight, while the spacious studio at their Taikoo branch inside Eslite Bookstore makes it easier for bigger group gatherings if you’re looking to book out the store for a private event.

3. Aura Art

Offering both traditional canvas painting art jamming sessions, as well as other creative art options such as Russian doll painting, Chinese painting and phone case design, Aura Art is a popular art jamming studio located in Causeway Bay

Their classic three-hour painting jam sessions include a 30x30cm canvas, an artist palette, art tools, reference books and one soft drink per participant. Not feeling a plain canvas, switch it up and paint over a glass vase or piggy bank, which will be perfect for gift giving

4. Oscary Art

Hidden inside PMQ, Oscary Art has been open since 2010. With over 100,000 paintings having been done inside their studio, guests can choose their preferred canvas size or material to paint on. Each session lasts four hours, which includes a canvas, two soft drinks and all the painting material that you need.

5. Choco L’Art Studio

Inspired by the joy people get when eating chocolate, Choco L’Art Studio wants to make you feel as content and happy as one would be while eating chocolate. While the standard art jamming package includes acrylic paint, those experienced with oil painting can opt for the oil art jamming instead. Each art jamming session lasts for three hours and additional hours can be added if you’re not done with your painting just yet.

6. Studio 83

Founded in 2008, Studio 83 is a creative arts education centre located at Wyndham Street in Central. Their art jamming sessions, paintingDIY, includes three hours inside their modern studio and is priced according to the canvas size that you choose. 

If you’re struggling to think of what to paint, perhaps their music would help—the studio plays licensed music by Jamendo, which includes different music channels from jazz, dance and classical.

Art Circle hosts drawing classes for both children and adults every week as well as art jamming sessions.
