On June 21, 2017, the First Initiative Foundation (FIF) held its annual gala dinner at the InterContinental Hong Kong. The star-studded charity event, which was attended by 400 VIP patrons, launched the World In Tune Initiative, a series of events aimed at supporting music education and using the power of music to unite the community.

In addition to a recital by American soprano Renée Fleming and a Renée Fleming Masterclass, a soon-to-be-released recording featuring Cantopop star Eason Chan, concert pianist Lang Lang and Renée Fleming was also announced as part of the World In Tune Initiative.

The stars need no further introduction as some of the best-known names in their respective fields across the genres of pop, classical and opera music.

The much anticipated song will be a remix of the widely popular I Want..., featuring the combined talents of all three artists for the very first time.

The new rendition will be a lively pop composition in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, arranged by the award-winning Leon Ko. Proceeds will go to FIF in support of arts and culture in Hong Kong. Look for I Want... to be released later in 2017 by Universal Music Hong Kong.
