Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley provides a welcome respite in the middle of a city that never stops buzzing

To say Hong Kong is a busy city is quite an understatement. With the way the city ticks, and the speed in which people work and move around, Hong Kong is lively yet restless to a fault. It’s hard not to get so caught up with the city, that sometimes taking a break can prove to be a challenge. We owe it to ourselves to learn when to hit the brakes every now and then, and find some respite in such a bustling town.

This is what the Farzon Group is here to provide, through their first Hong Kong property project: Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley. Situated in the posh residential neighborhood of the Mid-Levels East Happy Valley, the development’s prime location provides breezy panoramic views that put you out of the city, all while being a hop, skip, and a jump away from Causeway Bay.

Dora Wong, General Manager of Asset Management in Hong Kong of Farzon Group shares, “We always strive for perfection for every property project we are involved with. From design to material use, the best is the only option. We are pleased to have acquired Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley from New World Development—one of Asia’s most celebrated developers. The residence is perfect to act as our debut project in Hong Kong.”

The look of the place is charming and elegant, which is noticeable immediately, because of the exterior’s sophisticated wood cladding. The lobby’s sleek and dashing appearance is a prelude to the rooms housed in Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley.

Composed of a modest 139 luxury residences, rooms here are a mix of generously spaced studios, and cosy one-bedroom units ranging from 258 to 428 square feet—every single one outfitted with grand floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. Each suite boasts a layout that maximizes space without sacrificing design, making it an ideal choice for single professionals and small families alike.

On top of providing thoughtfully structured private spaces, Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley has also created an exclusive shared area where residents can unwind. Their clubhouse, Club Eight, has a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art, 24-hour gym, to accommodate all sorts of schedules that residents may have. There’s also a garden and common room, which has a fully-functioning kitchen, featuring a marbled center island—a place no doubt perfect for intimate dinner parties. Lastly, the clubhouse has a cosy reading lounge, where people can work, or read in peace.

Convenience is key where Eight Kwai Fong Happy Valley is concerned. Getting in and around is no trouble as most forms of transportation can take residents to and from the city. Getting to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai takes just six minutes, then you can also be at Admiralty and Central in eight minutes. But for those that would rather stay closeby, there’s no need to go far to see the sites, because the neighbourhood has a wealth of things to do and see. There are classy art galleries, quaint boutiques, trendy restaurants and vibrant new shops.

Of the residence, Wong goes on to say, “Happy Valley is a uniquely prestigious location in the city, and the amount of first-hand residences in the district is exceptionally scarce and limited. It is clear to us that the sky is the limit when talking about the potentials of this project.”
