Head to Kerry Hotel this weekend to join 8Shades’ yoga and breakfast morning
If yoga, breakfast and vegan wine sound like the makings of your perfect weekend, Emily Lam-Ho’s new sustainability platform 8Shades will be hosting a Yoga Breakfast Club in collaboration with Kerry Hotel on June 26 and 27.
The event will begin with a 50-minute yoga class led by yoga instructors Tavia Jiang and Karina Curlewis at Kerry Hotel’s sun-filled Harbour Room Foyer which overlooks the sparkling Victoria Harbour. To refuel afterwards, a healthy breakfast spread designed by the hotel’s executive sous chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer will be served as Emily Lam-Ho herself or a guest speaker lead an inspirational talk on green living.

For breakfast, guests can choose from house-baked croissants, matcha chia seed pudding with red bean and coconut milk, tropical fruits, veggie-packed buddha bowl, baby spinach and asparagus florentine, and brown rice and seaweed sampan congee. A glass of sustainable vegan wine from Cape Mentelle Chardonnay or Shiraz will also be served to pair with the hearty breakfast—it’s all about balance, right?
All participants will receive an exclusive goodie bag filled with merchandise from 8Shades and Kerry Hotel including an 8Shades branded tote bag and tank top, and an umbrella from Kerry Hotel to keep you dry during Hong Kong’s wet summer months.
