Fivelements Habitat Hong Kong is finally here, and it's everything we expected and more
The newly opened Fivelements Habitat in Times Square brings a touch of Bali bliss to the madness of Hong Kong, centred around the Balinese healing philosophy of Tri Hita Karana which emphasises the importance of balancing connection between spirit, human and the environment—and let's face it, if there's anyone who needs a space to slow down and disconnect to reconnect, it's Hongkongers.
From soothing spa therapies to energising practices ranging from yoga to dance, and of course, meditation sessions to nourish the spirit, ranging from various sound therapies to tea ceremonies; the programme at Fivelements Habitat is led by a wonderfully curated roster of Hong Kong's leading experts in their respective fields.
“We are very excited about the rollout of our new Fivelements Habitat urban wellness concept and to be bringing high impact wellness support to the people of Hong Kong,” says Chicco Tatriele, co-founder and managing director of Fivelements.
Still in its soft opening stages, we get a first look at what to expect from Fivelements Habitat Hong Kong:
1. Fivelements, in numbers
This sprawling sanctuary in the sky boasts 15,000 square feet of space to rest, reset and rejuvenate. It comprises four sacred arts studios for practicing everything from yoga to meditation, pilates and more, three wellness treatment rooms, two private studios and a dedicated ‘Spirit Space’—a beautiful Japanese-inspired room complete with tatami mats and anchored by a stunning Japanese wooden table. The room is built specifically for meditation and tea ceremonies.
