Jackie Chan has built his own superyacht in collaboration with Chinese shipyard Jinlong

Don't be surprised if you see Jackie Chan on the water this summer, specifically onboard his brand new 46.5-metre superyacht.

Created in collaboration with Chinese Shipyard Jinlong, Jackie commissioned the superyacht back in October 2017, which was designed by Dutch company Mulder Design. Masters of yacht design, they were tasked to take care of both the interiors and exterior of the yacht, plus its naval architecture.

The full-aluminium superyacht is propelled by twin MTU 16V 2000 engines and can reach a top speed of 21 knots. Normal cruising speed is at 19 knots but at 12 knots, the superyacht can already cover an impressive 3,000 nautical miles.

Constructed over two years at Jinlong's Huludao Yacht Industry Park facilities, the superyacht sports a monochromatic colour scheme with an all-white body and black hull. The word 'JinLong' can be seen at the front in gold letters, making the yacht easily recognisable.

This is not Jackie's first yacht, as he took delivery of a 38-metre superyacht by Ruiying Yachts in 2017. With spacious living quarters, a karaoke entertainment room, movie theatre, hot tub and gym onboard, we can only imagine what can be found on his newer, bigger superyacht.

Jackie, who is one of the highest paid actors in the world (especially of Asian descent), earned US$58 million in 2019 so far, according to Forbes.
