It's easy to feel overwhelmed in a city as demanding as Hong Kong, and in the midst of the fast-paced madness, it can sometimes feel like we're rushing through life while holding our breath. But with holistic healing on the rise and meditation becoming more prominent across the city, we're learning now more than ever the importance of taking a moment to inhale, exhale, and let it all go. 

In this instalment of our Monday Motivation series, we teamed up with yoga and meditation teacher Delia Leung at Flex Studio to learn a few simple Pranayama—or breath control— techniques to de-stress, boost your mood and promote calm and clarity.
