When you’re committed to a healthy lifestyle, working out regularly and sticking to your diet, the last thing you want is to not see results from all of your hard work. This can happen when you’re not using proper form, which can end up overworking certain parts of the body and leave you injured.

If you’re just starting a workout programme, making exercise mistakes can keep you from getting the most of your training.
